“Dr. Jay” is an analytical chemist with 20+ years of hands-on experience building, proving, and rolling out methods for food quality and safety. At Certified Group, he focuses on growing our chemistry capabilities across North America so clients get reliable results and a clear route to compliance.

He’s developed and validated methods for allergen, contaminant, and nutrition testing, and has put PCR and HPLC-MS to work where they add real value. Along the way, he’s helped expand lab capacity, improve workflows, and keep programs aligned with FDA, USDA, and international requirements.
